This turn of the 20th century multiple occupancy home was in desperate need of a major face lift!  Keeping everything light & bright created a clean and modern look. Each apartment's floor plan was reworked, which resulted in an additional bathroom per unit, and a  custom roof deck was constructed from eco-friendly composite decking.  Because the owner will be renting all of the units, extremely durable & low maintenance materials were used throughout.
